Overview:
Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced hospitality client. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in recruiting support or coordination who thrives in a collaborative, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers across departments.
+ Post job openings to internal and external job boards.
+ Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
+ Maintain accurate and organized records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
+ Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates and reviewing resumes as needed.
+ Support onboarding logistics, including collecting new hire paperwork and coordinating start dates.
+ Communicate with internal HR and hiring teams to ensure timely updates and alignment on open roles.
+ Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and other recruitment-related activities as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications:
+ 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR support.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
+ Experience with an ATS or HRIS system preferred.
+ Bilingual in Spanish/English is a strong plus.
