Digital Banking Officer Location Baton Rouge, LA : Job Function - Provides a full range of professional, operational, and technical, duties to customers and Bank personnel in support of Digital Banking. Performs customer setups; prepares contracts, maintains customer files, and tracks sales records. Offers Digital Banking services to prospects, existing customers, and Bank personnel; and describes the features and benefits of applicable Digital Banking products and services as needed. Job Responsibilities - Primary Triages and assists with digital client requests thru various platforms and channels (ie. nCino Salesforce platforms, Meridian Link and Smart Sign). Provides short term nCino, Loans PQ or other digital channel end user training when necessary. (Re-trains certain items or quick intros to new features Provides front end support to internal and external customers via Ticketing System for various digital channels. Identifies opportunities in workflow(s) to enhance client experience, assisting with testing and implementation of improvements of platforms as necessary. Back up Admin for nCino, Loans PQ when Admin is unavailable Acts as intermediary between Investar help desk, Loan Administration and other departments Tests new loan products within nCino and Loans PQ platforms, including reviewing credit information and auto decisioning processes in sandbox/production systems as needed. Tests existing and new workflows within nCino and Loans PQ platform Work with clients accessing portals, troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed. Manages cases for digital assets with vendors on an ongoing basis to resolution. Communicates with Management on status of tickets and resolution. Requests and process financial documentation from clients while processing loan applications. Notifies clients thru electronic platforms and channels for pending applications, renewals etc. Reviews covenants of loans/relationships within Business banking portfolio and works with clients and Branch Managers to clear covenants or required financial documents. Assists with Change Management Process for nCino (Salesforce), Loans PQ and any other digital channel where necessary. Manages documentation and User Acceptance Testing. Coordinates with Loan Administration, Branch Manager(s) and client(s) to ensure timely execution of digital loan documents within nCino, Loans PQ & DocuSign. Ensures that own work complies with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Related Experience -

• 3-5+ years of experience in bank, branch operations, and lending required
• Previous experience with SBA Loan Programs preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required.•
Skills and Abilities -
• Strong knowledge of Consumer and Business Banking Loan/Deposit Products
• Ability to use a Windows based PC and MS Office Software
• Experience with or the ability to learn the bank's core applications and various PC applications
• Thorough understanding of the lending and credit functions, policies, and procedures
• Ability to gather data to assist assigned area in resolving digital related issues
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and accurately
• Must be self-motivated and independent

Working Conditions and/or Physical Requirements -
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict processing deadlines.
• Ability to operate a keyboard is required, to perform the essential job functions.
• Ability to read and interpret a document.
• Ability to travel if required to perform the essential job functions.
• Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 20 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions. If the employee is unable to lift/move/carry this weight and can be accommodated without causing the department an “undue hardship” then the employee must be accommodated; hence, omitting lifting as a physical requirement.
