Join Us as an Advanced CNC Equipment Operator

Are you prepared to elevate your career in CNC machinery? As an Advanced CNC Equipment Operator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standard operations within our team. Here's what you will do:

• Employ shop procedures effectively, maintaining integrity in updates, signatures, and labeling, while addressing non-conformance.
• Ensure each work order is accompanied by an accurate router.
• Measure parts meticulously and complete in-process inspections, notifying supervision about any inconsistencies.
• Provide support to your team leader whenever necessary.
• Oversee machine operations to detect and report malfunctions or machining errors.
• Meet production standard times and report any difficulties in achieving them to leads or supervisors.
• Keep machines and the workspace in pristine condition, sustaining operational and cleanliness standards.
• Strictly follow company procedures and industry "best machine practices."
• Comply with all applicable regulations related to workplace safety and environmental protocols.
• Exhibit flexibility by performing additional duties as needed.
• Bring in significant experience of 2 to 4 years in CNC Lathe or Mill operations.
• Be adept in utilizing ERP systems for job data entry.

• GD&T
• Troubleshooting
• Production Run Machine Setups

Equipment You'll Work With:

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) from brands like Haas, Makino, and Okuma
