The Video Production Manager serves as a key creative and technical leader responsible for conceptualizing, directing, and delivering high-impact video content that advances corporate communications objectives. This role combines advanced technical expertise in video production with strategic storytelling capabilities to produce compelling narratives across various platforms and audiences. The incumbent manages all aspects of the production lifecycle, from initial concept development through final delivery, while collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure content aligns with organizational goals and maintains exceptional quality standards. They provide expert consultation on creative direction, leverage industry-leading technologies and methodologies, and continuously evaluate and implement emerging trends to enhance production capabilities and efficiency.

What You'll Do:


  • Directs and executes complex video productions by orchestrating all technical and creative aspects, including advanced camera operations, sophisticated lighting design, and professional audio engineering, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and industry standards.

  • Conceptualizes and produces high-impact video content through expert utilization of industry-leading editing software and post-production techniques, translating complex corporate narratives into compelling visual stories.

  • Partners with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop strategic video content, providing expert consultation on creative direction while managing expectations and deliverables throughout the production lifecycle.

  • Evaluates and implements emerging industry technologies and methodologies, continuously enhancing production quality and efficiency while maintaining best practices in video production.

  • Establishes and enforces technical and creative standards for video content, ensuring consistency across all corporate communications while adapting to various platforms and audience needs.

  • Creates and maintains comprehensive production documentation, including shot lists, storyboards, and technical specifications, ensuring seamless execution of complex video projects.

  • Builds and maintains relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and industry partners to ensure access to specialized equipment and expertise when needed.

  • Comply with all applicable Company policies and procedures.

  • Regular and consistent attendance, including in-person attendance where required.

  • Other work as assigned by your manager or leadership.

What You'll Bring:

● Experience: Over 5 years in video production, with a focus on B2B content.● Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and basic understanding of After Effects; ● Equipment Proficiency: Skilled in operating modern camera systems (e.g., Sony, Canon C-series, black magic) ● Professional lighting and audio equipment.● Storytelling Ability: Demonstrated talent in crafting engaging and effective narratives.● Location: Based in or near Waltham, MA, with the ability to be on-site as required.● Ability to pitch and execute creative ideas ● Willingness to travel High standards in professionalism and creativity required.● Hunger and excitement to grow and elevate video production.● Problem Solver: Takes ownership of challenges and sees them through to resolution.● Collaborative: Works well in a team environment, handling feedback constructively.● Accountable: Thrives in owning projects and delivering high-quality work on time.

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.: $84,000 USD - $115,500 USD
