We are seeking an experienced Technical Data Analyst to join our team in McLean, VA. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong experience in data analysis, requirement gathering, SQL, and Agile practices. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading multiple workstreams, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving initiatives from planning to execution in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Lead data analysis and requirement gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria in JIRA .
Take full ownership of assigned features and workstreams, ensuring timely delivery.
Track progress, resolve issues, escalate risks as needed to Product Owner, and drive alignment across teams.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to ensure delivery milestones are met.
Utilize SQL to analyze, validate, and interpret data from relational databases .
Document requirements and business process flows using Confluence and other tools.
Operate within Agile/Scrum methodology, contributing to sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
