As a Sr. Accountant, you will play a significant role in ensuring our financial records are maintained accurately and efficiently, which includes tasks such as account reconciliation, balance sheet analysis, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management. You MUST speak Polish fluently as this role supports a Poland entity for the company. This role is 100% REMOTE, but you MUST live in EST or CST, NO exceptions. Responsibilities: - Oversee the process of account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in our financial records. - Conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliations to verify and maintain internal consistency within our financial data. - Manage bank reconciliations, reconciling bank accounts with the general ledger. - Oversee and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all financial data is recorded correctly. - Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring transactions are accurately reflected in the general ledger. - Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting. - Facilitate the month-end close process, ensuring all financial data is accounted for. - Provide accounting support for the manufacturing department, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency. Requirements - MUST SPEAK FLUENT POLISH - MUST LIVE IN EST OR CST - Must possess strong proficiency in Account Reconciliation - Ability to carry out Balance Sheet Reconciliation effectively - Experience in executing Bank Reconciliations is required - Extensive knowledge in managing General Ledger is mandatory - Should have experience in creating and maintaining Journal Entries - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is crucial - Must be capable of handling Month End Close processes - Prior experience in a Manufacturing environment is a plus Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
