Salary: 100,000 - 140,000 USD per year Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of experience in design, including multi-platform application, product, graphic design, digital media, or related fields.
• Portfolio required for review upon interview.
• Proficiency in various data collection techniques and the ability to design products based on data analysis.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, user flows, and cross-platform flows.
• Knowledge of mobile interface design across multiple operating systems.
• Advanced skills in HTML/CSS and design software such as Figma or Sketch.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills and the confidence to present recommendations to leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership in shaping the visual and interactive elements of our software, ensuring intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Design user-centric interfaces and experiences for both web and mobile applications to facilitate seamless interactions and delightful user journeys.
• Collaborate closely with Product Champions, Product Managers, and Engineers to bring visionary concepts to life.
• Conduct in-depth user research and translate insights into informed design decisions, enhancing usability and effectively addressing user needs.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and rigorously test designs to validate usability.
• Define and maintain the software's design language to ensure consistency across features and interactions.
• Mentor junior designers, sharing expertise in best practices and design methodologies, and foster a culture of learning.
• Tackle complex design challenges with innovative solutions, leveraging seasoned judgement for elegant and effective outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, evolving technologies, and design advancements, driving continuous improvement.
