As we continue to grow throughout North America, we continue to develop and improve the presence and awareness of our brand.

Jellycat is seeking a Sr. Credit / AR Manager to join the growing North American based finance team located in its newly expanded, collaborative office space in downtown Minneapolis, MN.

You’ll be:

• Developing and leading consistent customer account processes and collection strategies
• Driving and monitoring credit and collection performance, both as an organization and by individual owner
• Developing reporting and metrics / KPIs
• Providing weekly and monthly updates on A/R integrity to VP of Finance; including potential bad debts and customers on credit hold
• Coaching and developing team in processes and customer relationship management
• Providing analysis and monitoring; spot customer payment trends and manage risk associated with large key customer accounts
• Approving credit lines and establish credit terms
• Directing and taking part in collection activities
• Overseeing monthly customer statement and daily invoice processing
• Managing department workflow and performance
• Conducting systematic credit reviews of existing customers and assess credit worthiness of potential customers
• Managing relations with credit reporting agencies and credit associations
• Fostering collaborative relationships with customers and internal team members
• Performing other duties as assigned

You’ll have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Credit management with experience with large retailers required
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and clearly communicate both verbally and in writing
• Creative, flexible, and innovative team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workflow
• Best-in-class customer service skills are required
• Attention to detail is critical
• Full working knowledge of the P&L and Balance Sheet
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products; advanced Excel skills required
• Experience with SAP and Dynamics 365 operating systems a plus

Compensation Range:

• $115k - $140k
