We are working with a leading global asset management firm offering a broad range of investment solutions, including traditional equities and fixed income, as well as alternative investments such as real estate, ETFs, and infrastructure. They are seeking a Senior Accountant to assist with their daily accounting. Responsibilities: + Maintain and prepare essential financial reports and documentation in compliance with applicable standards and regulations + Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records and internal systems + Monitor daily financial operations, including incoming and outgoing payments + Manage general business administration and office operations + Coordinate routine banking activities to support day-to-day company operations + Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to relevant operational and financial procedures + Serve as a point of contact with global headquarters for aligning operational and administrative policies + Develop and implement internal controls and processes for expense management and approval workflows + Assist with preparation and submission of regulatory reports to domestic and international financial authorities + Provide support for tasks related to fund accounting and external audits as needed Requirements + 5+ years of experience in corporate accounting + HUGE PLUS: CPA + Public accounting + Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment + Excellent time management / organizational skills Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
