Job Title: Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT)
Location: Salina, Kansas
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering prescribed respiratory therapy, assessing patient responses, and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal care. You will work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, responding promptly to changes in patient conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform respiratory care procedures, including invasive treatments, with minimal supervision.
Interpret physician orders, assess patient needs, and deliver prescribed therapy.
Evaluate patient responses to treatment and adjust plans as necessary.
Consult with the clinical team to enhance the quality of respiratory care.
