Water Specialist ***$2000 Signing Bonus*** Are you highly motivated, confident, energetic, and have a positive attitude? Well, you may be what we’re looking for. Here at Kaat’s Water Conditioning, Inc. dba Culligan, we are continually growing and are in need of a Sales Representative at our Grand Rapids location. This person is responsible for developing new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Specific Job Duties

• Follow up on leads
• Follow up on self-generated leads
• Follow ethical procedures related to in-home sales presentations
• Provide a daily schedule of self-generated lead activity to the sales manager
• Maintain current customer relationships as well as build new ones
• Follow-up on company-generated leads

Job Requirements Looking for a highly motivated and confident individual. Prior outside sales experience with a successful record of closing, be a self-starter with initiative and intuition, and be able to produce self-generated sales each month. Specific Job Requirements

• 1+ years sales experience preferred but not required
• Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license and car insurance
• Basic computer knowledge
• Skill and ability to work well with customers
• 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication
• Great presentation skills
• Exceptional work ethic
• A driven self-starter
• A high degree of honesty and integrity
• Professional appearance and demeanor
