With an emphasis on your flexibility and your work-life balance, we're seeking a Part-or Full-time Remote Travel Agent to join our company in making your and your clients  travel dreams come true, all working from the comfort of your own environment.
Position Overview:
Are you a travel lover seeking  a part or full-time opportunity to share your passion and knowledge of travel with others? Do you have some experience planning and organizing your own vacation trips? If so, why not join us as a Travel Agent. In this position, you'll work with clients help plan their upcoming travel offering diversified supplier information, updated travel news, tips and best practices all while enjoying the convenience of working remotely at your pace and most importantly, on your own schedule.
Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, text and strive to understand their travel preferences, expectations and budget.
  • Explore destination options,  accommodations, amenities, dining options and activities to create personalized travel itineraries to align with each client's needs.
  • Gather and validate information to execute bookings for flights, hotels, rental cars, and excursions.
  • Offer pleasant, detailed and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries, travel concerns, and custom requests all in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated and in-the-know about travel regulations, destination specific health and safety guidelines, to ensure a safe and excellent travel experience for clients.
  • Build and curate positive, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage and cement repeat business and future referrals.
Requirements:
  • Be 18 years of age or older and live and be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Have a social security or an ein number.
  • Own a computer with reliable internet access.
  • Interest in travel and the travel industry; a desire to help others with their travel experiences.
  • Good communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to oversee reservations and itineraries effectively.
  • Good working knowledge of computer skills, social media, email use and the ability to attend Zoom meetings.
  • Be self-motivated, good at time management  and able to follow instructions while adhering to company policies and procedures.
