Position Highlights Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour Assignment Length: 3 months with the potential for extension Schedule: Must be flexible – support center operates from 8 am to 1 am Eastern Time, including weekends Location: Remote (Tennessee or Mississippi residents only) Equipment: All necessary equipment provided Job Responsibilities Provide support via phone, email, and chat to instructors, students, and administrators Guide users through technical issues with online and CD-based learning platforms Troubleshoot browser and software issues, assist with installations, and replicate user problems when needed Document interactions thoroughly using a CRM system Manage cases from start to resolution while meeting SLA standards Create and update product knowledge documentation and help train peers Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to explain technical concepts to users at all experience levels Experience resolving technical issues and guiding customers through troubleshooting steps Knowledge of operating systems, browsers, plug-ins, and basic downloads Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced call center environment Ready to support the future of digital learning?
