A fully remote publishing team is seeking entry-level eBook Editors & Formatters to support the creation and launch of nonfiction Kindle books. All training and systems are provided, including AI prompts, formatting checklists, cover design templates, and a full Kindle publishing workflow.

You’ll work within a repeatable framework that has been designed specifically for first-time publishers. From choosing a topic to launching the final manuscript, everything you do is guided, checklisted, and built for easy replication—even if you’ve never worked with books before.

Edit content using pre-written formatting rules and tone consistency guidelines
Refine introductions, transitions, and conclusions using fill-in-the-blank templates
Apply consistent headings, bullet styles, and section breaks for Kindle compliance
Eliminate redundancy, unclear phrasing, or awkward structure using included editing checklists
No grammar expertise or writing background is required—only the ability to follow structured guides and polish pre-drafted content.
Use pre-formatted manuscript templates to style nonfiction books
Apply correct paragraph spacing, font sizing, and alignment settings for KDP
Insert table of contents, copyright notices, and page breaks in correct format
Convert documents to Kindle-compatible file types using built-in workflows
Validate layout through Kindle preview tools prior to submission
Everything is taught through instructional videos, with templates and live examples provided.
Use proven title formulas and subtitle structures to maximize conversion rates
Write reader-focused book descriptions using included prompts and examples
Insert backend keywords and assign accurate categories based on demand research
Format and upload these assets into KDP using a field-by-field walkthrough
No keyword experience required—each asset has a fill-in-the-blank structure.
Upload manuscripts and covers into Amazon KDP
Confirm all fields, files, and metadata meet publishing standards
Execute the included launch playbook with a press release strategy
Log each project and track royalties using a publishing tracker
Prepare for follow-up titles and continued publishing through the scalability module
Once a book is launched, you’ll move to the next using the same streamlined workflow.

Minimum requirements include:
Access to a computer and reliable internet connection
Comfort working with word processors (Google Docs or Word)
Ability to follow detailed instructions and use digital checklists
Interest in formatting, layout, or content presentation

This is a royalty-based publishing role. You are paid through Amazon Kindle royalties based on each book’s performance. Books generate income from direct sales and Kindle Unlimited page reads.
You are not paid hourly, but your work produces assets that continue earning month after month.
Sample income ranges:
1 book published: $50–$200/month
5 books published: $300–$1,000/month
10+ books published: $2,000+/month depending on scale and optimization
The system is designed to be scalable, allowing your royalty base to grow with each new publication.
Unlike freelance writing or contract editing, this position allows you to:
Build a catalog of income-generating books that belong to you
Work independently without deadlines or client feedback
Use AI tools to speed up editing and formatting
Operate with zero startup costs or software purchases
Publish faster using a proven system and launch process
It’s an asset-building role designed for those who want long-term results without traditional gatekeeping.
You’ll thrive in this position if you:
Are looking for legitimate remote work without barriers to entry
Enjoy organizing content and improving structure and presentation
Prefer self-paced systems over team-based projects
Want to earn from your efforts long after a task is completed
Value step-by-step guidance and built-in support
