About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager that will lead Product Integration activities for our anticipated Acquisition. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team to execute the product integration projects required to integrate the elements of the client’s sacral neural modulation product portfolio into our client. We are seeking an experienced candidate who has demonstrated project management experience in software and cybersecurity within the medical device industry and effective cross-functional leadership experience. Prior experience across multiple functional areas and experienced capital equipment projects involving software and cybersecurity are preferred. This is a remote position.

What You Will Do

  • Provide Project Management leadership of a cross-functional Product Integration Team as part of our clients’ Integration, leveraging agile methodologies and common divisional processes and tools
  • Effectively lead a cross-functional team to integrate Product sub-systems or components
  • Influence stakeholders and team members to drive alignment, develop plans and deliver results. Build team ownership and commitment to project plans
  • Partner and collaborate with a variety of functions to achieve project objectives. This includes identifying resources required for project activities, timeline development, and project prioritization
  • Communicate progress/status to Product Integration Lead
  • Prioritize, delegate, and manage tasks among projects and team members, as appropriate, to drive execution of project deliverables and minimize risk
  • Support development, implementation, and revision of detailed project plans, including deliverable lists, risk management, communication plans, etc.
  • Ensure current our client’s policies and practices are followed

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or Business coupled with 5+ years of work experience in product development or related field
  • 5+ years Project Management experience in the Medical Device industry
  • Demonstrated project management experience leading cross functional teams and managing project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Proven experience managing projects involving software and cybersecurity
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal written, and presentation)
  • Results-oriented, positive attitude focused on delivering timely, accurate and best in class execution
  • Ability to draw conclusions and make business recommendations based on cross-functional team input
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including MS Project along with MS SharePoint
  • Ability to travel intermittently (up to 20%) to support effective team performance and collaboration
  • PMP Certification preferred
