Under the direction of the Crime Analyst Supervisor, the Program Technician II is responsible for providing technical and clerical support for all the functions in the Command Center and Child Abuse Central Index (CACI) Expedite operations. These operations include tasks of providing criminal history for investigative purposes, database assistance with stolen vehicles/ missing persons/ wanted persons, and CACI Expedite processing.
