As we build our foundation, we are looking for passionate, flexible team members excited to shape something special from the ground up.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Preschool Teacher Ages 3-5. The ideal candidate has  experience teaching Pre-K , is  comfortable planning engaging, age-appropriate lessons , and most importantly,  loves kids and Jesus .

Duties

Responsibilities:

• Create a nurturing, Christ-centered classroom environment
• Develop and implement lesson plans that promote spiritual, social, emotional, and academic growth
• Incorporate faith-based songs, stories, and simple biblical truths into daily activities
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Ensure the safety and well-being of every child in your care

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Prior experience teaching in a Pre-K or preschool setting (required)
• Ability to plan and implement lesson plans aligned with TN ELDS
• A heart for ministry and a genuine love for children
• Flexibility and a team-oriented mindset as we grow and refine our processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain)
