Now Hiring: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP)

Location: Valley Stream, New York

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $120,000 to $150,000 per year + benefits 

Position Overview :

The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive healthcare services to pediatric patients, from infancy through adolescence. This role involves conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating common childhood illnesses, managing chronic conditions, and offering guidance on growth and development.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct routine well-child visits, immunizations, and developmental screenings
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric illnesses
• Educate families on nutrition, safety, and disease prevention
• Collaborate with pediatricians and healthcare team members for comprehensive care
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records
• Provide a warm and supportive environment for patients and families
  
  

Requirements

• Current NYS Nurse Practitioner License with a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification
• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum 1–2 years of pediatric clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and family-centered care approach
• BLS and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
