Permanent, fulltime Package Designer for Nongshim Holdings USA, Inc. for location below. Master's in package design or industrial design or related plus 2 years of experience in package design or related or, in the alternative, a Bachelor's in any major plus 5 years of full-time post-baccalaureate experience in package design or related. Salary is $135,000 per year. Design innovative, brand-aligned packaging for instant noodle products to boost consumer appeal; ensure packaging designs meet labeling requirements; adapt product packaging for US market while maintaining brand consistency; pursue eco-friendly packaging solutions; research trends and competitors to develop market-leading packaging designs; lead/mentor design team while coordinating cross-functionally to align packaging with product strategy; oversee packaging prototypes, production trials, and quality assurance for design and material accuracy; manage packaging project timelines and budgets while reporting on design progress and team performance; create packaging visuals that highlight authentic flavors, tailored to US market preferences; train team members on company design principles and branding.
