What You'll Do:

Build Your Business: Establish and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and other key referral sources to generate mortgage leads.

Guide Clients Through the Process: Assist homebuyers in navigating the mortgage application journey from initial inquiry to closing.

Provide Expert Consultation: Educate clients on mortgage options, helping them choose the right loan products for their financial goals.

Analyze Credit & Financials: Review applicants' financial documents and credit histories to determine loan eligibility.

Manage a Growing Pipeline: Keep track of multiple loan applications, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-ups.

Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all federal and state regulations, as well as company policies, throughout the loan process.

Prepare Documentation: Organize and submit necessary documents to facilitate loan approval and processing.

What We're Looking For:

Proven Ability to Self-Source Business: A strong track record of generating leads and building referral relationships in mortgage lending or similar financial services.

In-Depth Knowledge: Familiarity with mortgage loan products, underwriting guidelines, and lending regulations.

Outstanding Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts and build strong client relationships.

Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in assessing financial information and creditworthiness.

Tech-Savvy Approach: Experience using mortgage loan origination systems and other financial tools.

Attention to Detail & Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential loan issues.

Self-Motivation & Independence: Capable of managing your pipeline and meeting goals in a remote setting.
