Math/Science Tutor - Immediate Opening

Huntington Learning Center is now hiring Teachers/Tutors in STEM. We have several open positions to help out high achieving students at High School and College Level

This position is great for Graduate Students, Research Scholars, New or Retired or Substitute teachers.

At Huntington, we offer students ages 5 to 18 tutoring in Mathematics, Reading, Writing, Study Skills, Science, History, and SAT/ ACT Preparation.

Requirements and Qualifications:
In order to ensure that our students have a successful educational experience, our tutors are required to go through intensive initial and ongoing training in Huntington's teaching methods and our highly developed curriculum.

• Must be caring.
• Must be qualified.
• Must be committed to the success of students.
• Must have Bachelor's Degree.

Subject Areas:

• Math - Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics, Pre-Calculus, Calculus and College level math.
• Physics - High School, AP, IB, and College level.
• Chemistry - High School, AP, IB, and College level.
• Biology - High School, AP, IB, and College level.

Job Type:

• Day shift.
• Monday to Friday.
• Night shift.
• Weekend availability.

Pay:

• Starting at $17 per hour
