What You'll Be Doing:
Lead Client Initiatives: Drive the delivery of technology and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget success.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with client stakeholders to develop roadmaps, prioritize focus areas, and shape digital initiative strategies.
Build Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with key client sponsors and stakeholders to provide engagement updates, oversights, and risk assessments.
Drive Innovation: Work with data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to develop and implement innovative solutions.
Identify Growth Opportunities: Support the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within client organizations.
Develop Client Success Stories: Assist in the creation of client-specific success stories and case studies.
Contribute to Thought Leadership: Participate in workshops and assessments that uncover innovation opportunities.
Strengthen Industry Partnerships: Enhance service offerings and expand market reach.
Support Delivery Teams: Assist in the mobilization and success of delivery teams.
What You Bring to the Table:
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
Experience in technology implementation and understanding of the technology SDLC process.
Experience communicating and working with senior stakeholders (director level and above).
Experience in leading and managing teams.
Ability to translate business needs into technical approaches.
Strong client focus and communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and business problems.
Bachelor's degree.

Salary range: $180,000 to $220,000 per year.

Travel: 0-25% depending on the client engagement.
