Job Description

Are you passionate about travel and dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences? We are looking for a motivated and experienced Luxury Travel Advisor to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our partner travel agencies, each catering to discerning clients seeking bespoke luxury travel experiences. You'll be responsible for building lasting relationships, crafting personalized itineraries, and exceeding sales goals, all while providing top-tier service. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for partner travel agencies and their luxury clientele, ensuring exceptional service throughout their journey.
Use your persuasive communication skills and strong closing techniques to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Design customized travel itineraries that reflect the unique preferences of each client, creating seamless and unforgettable travel experiences.
Proactively seek ways to exceed sales targets and drive results, staying motivated by your success.
Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth process from booking through to the end of the trip.
Build and nurture relationships with partner agencies through ongoing communication, support, and regular updates.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and bookings in the CRM system.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in luxury travel, destinations, and industry developments to offer expert advice to clients.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of proven sales success, particularly in hospitality or luxury travel, with experience in a travel agency environment.
Knowledge of Caribbean and Mexico destinations is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through relationship-driven sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and partners alike.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, allowing you to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A keen attention to detail and the ability to provide tailored recommendations that match client preferences.
Proficiency with CRM systems and travel reservation software.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
