If you have an active state license, BC certification, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days
• BLS required
• 25 patients per day
• Chronic care management: med refills, COPD, anxiety, chronic pain, depression, heart disease
• Credentialing not needed
• DEA needed

Benefits:

• From $70.00 to $85.00 hourly
