Litigation Support Supervisor

Description:

The Litigation Support Supervisor is responsible for coaching and motivating the Litigation Support Specialist Team as they support clients and the litigation team. This includes hiring employees, assisting in the training processes, ensuring all support specialists are well prepared for daily work, guiding them after training, monitoring their progress, ensuring they understand and meet expectations, answering questions, and providing ongoing coaching and inspiration.\r\rAdditional responsibilities include providing direct supervision, responding to client questions, filing legal documents, retrieving and preparing medical records, ensuring compliance with objectives and policies, assisting with difficult calls or procedures, identifying operational issues, suggesting improvements, evaluating and documenting staff performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, taking corrective action if necessary, and working with other supervisors and management team members to maximize client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Superior interpersonal and customer service skills. Comprehensive technical skills. High attention to detail. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and priorities. At least 1-5 years of supervisory experience. 2-5 years of legal experience preferred. All offers are contingent on successfully passing a background check. Associate or bachelor’s level degree in a closely related field preferred.
