We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong team player mindset and be motivated to learn! We will train anyone with a true interest in life insurance and desire for growth and personal development. More of a second shift with some flexibility.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients that inquire about benefits.
• Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals.
• Provide guidance on benefits administration.
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and present suitable options.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals.

Qualifications :

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Thriving learning mindset, with ability to adapt and adjust effectively to new situations.
• Capable of thriving both collaboratively as a team and individually.
• Exhibit an unwavering work ethic and a strong drive for success.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a plus, but not required (no license needed).

Compensation :

• Commission-Based : Uncapped earning potential.
• Agents can earn $60,000+ annually, with top performers earning well over $100,000+ per year.
