Job Description

Mandatory Qualifications:

Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Developer
84 months of experience in utilizing a variety of technologies and frameworks to achieve project goals, adapting to new tools as necessary with hands-on experience in full stack development, using modern OO programming languages (.NET C# preferably) for Web Services, Database, or web application development.

Desirable Qualifications:

84 months of experience in developing and maintaining applications using distributed version control (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube) including experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques
60 months of experience developing with .NET Core, .NET 6, .NET 8.
84 months of developing web applications utilizing MVC Patterns
60 months of developing web applications utilizing Angular.
60 months experience developing, building, and testing Java EE applications using modern IDE's.
60 months of Experience Performing database operations, optimization, and maintenance using SQL Server
60 months of Experience Performing database operations, optimization, and maintenance using Oracle
36 months of Domain knowledge and experience in health and human services, especially in Integrated Eligibility System programs such as PA, TA, SNAP, HEAP, Fair Hearings, Child Support, etc.
48 months of experience with Web APIs and JSON.
Masters/ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
