What You'll Do:
Provide Top-Tier Support: Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and issues according to client-specific guidelines.
Solve Problems Effectively: Identify customer concerns and offer practical solutions to ensure a positive experience and customer satisfaction.
Deliver Accurate Information: Provide clear and accurate answers to customer questions and ensure timely and effective resolutions.
Maintain Detailed Records: Keep up-to-date records of all interactions, including actions taken and follow-up requirements.
Ensure Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality and privacy standards during all customer interactions.
Adhere to Quality Standards: Follow quality assurance guidelines to ensure all calls are handled efficiently, courteously, and effectively.
Utilize Technical Systems: Employ various technical tools, including computers, call center software, and the internet, to track and resolve customer issues.
Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with team members to resolve complex customer issues and ensure customer needs are met.
Maintain Reliable Connectivity: Ensure a stable, private internet connection (not cellular data), with the ability to hardwire via Ethernet, to support remote work.
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED.
Healthcare-related certification.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven customer service experience and a passion for helping others.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate various software applications.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Ability to remain seated for extended periods.
Ability to pass a background check.
Reliable, high-speed internet connection suitable for remote work.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Fluency in Spanish (bilingual).
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative in a similar environment.
Previous Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain one (for specific government client roles).
