*Draft and negotiate multiple agreements such as: Master Lease Agreements Lease Schedules, Site Lease Agreements, EPCs, O&Ms, NDAs, and several service agreements necessary to deploy numerous EVs and charging hubs throughout the U.S. *Identify and evaluate risks, while also suggesting creating solutions to assist our Sales, Fleet Operations, Customer Success, Product, and Business Development team in meeting their internal and customer-oriented goals and objectives. *Provide legal support on a wide variety of business transactions (partnerships, leasing, etc...) that are that the core of our business and growth $140,000-180,000
