Job Description

Description We are seeking a bilingual (French Canadian/English) Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our French-speaking Canadian customers, providing top-tier assistance for product inquiries, warranty support, order status, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: + Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat in both French and English. + Assist customers with order tracking, warranty claims, product questions, and issue resolution. + Troubleshoot product concerns using Breville's guidelines and escalate complex issues when needed. + Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. + Meet or exceed key performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction, and first-contact resolution. + Collaborate with the logistics, warranty, and product support teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements + Fluent in Canadian French and English (spoken and written). + Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred. + Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. + Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. + Comfortable using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
