A UHE Install Expert provides frontline quality assurance, remeasure and problem solving for dozens of residential renovation projects on a weekly basis with the backing of a collaborative and supportive administrative team

About You:

• Driven / Operates With Urgency
• Ability and Interest To Perform Multiple Kinds Of Evaluation, Measures, Assessment and Repairs Across Multiple Projects
• Past Success In Exterior Carpentry Skills (siding, windows, trim work etc)

Specific Skills, Traits, Competencies

• 5 – 10 years experience installing siding / windows / exterior carpentry
• Experience assessing and identifying issues and potential issues on a job site
• Experience coaching or guiding others through fixing errors
• Motivated by the opportunity to engage in active problem solving
• Ability to flourish independently with a desire to feel part of a team
• Enjoy spending your days behind the wheel with a clean driving record
• Communication skills in person & on the phone
• Sound judgement
• Resilience & Positive Attitude
• Enjoy learning

Responsibilities

• Perform remeasure work on sold scopes
• Visit job sites on a regular schedule and assess installer progress for quality and accuracy
• Coach installation teams on correcting found errors
• Assess Warranty Requests
• Execute in the moment problem solving
• Adhere to local regulations including maintenance of building permit per job & safety expectations
• Guide customers through required decisions involving scope adjustments mid-project

Experience:

• Home Remodeling Construction: 5+ years (Deal Breaker)
• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification: 

• Driver's license (Required)
