Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Transaction Coordinator in real estate. • A real estate license is required. (Must be Full Broker). • In-depth knowledge of real estate contracts, forms, and disclosure requirements. • Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and communication skills. • Experience with transaction management software and customer relationship management systems. • A customer-centric approach, ensuring professionalism and empathy in all client interactions. • Must reside in or be within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC to be considered for this in-office position.
