We are seeking motivated and passionate Education and Enrollment Sales Specialists to join our dynamic team and help expand our reach.
Job Description
As an Education and Enrollment Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in increasing awareness and enrollment in our community solar program. You will be responsible for engaging directly with potential customers through door-to-door sales efforts, educating them about the benefits of community solar, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits in assigned territories to promote community solar programs.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of community solar, including cost savings and environmental impact.
- Identify and target potential customers, setting appointments and managing leads.
- Assist customers with the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition to community solar.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the community solar industry and company offerings.
- Achieve personal and team sales targets on a regular basis.
- Provide feedback to improve sales strategies and marketing tactics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales desired but NOT REQUIRED, ideally in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach to sales.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
