Job Title: Customer Relations Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a personable and solution-oriented Customer Relations Specialist to join our client’s growing team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This hybrid, direct-hire role centers on providing outstanding service and support to customers by handling inbound calls in a fast-paced, non-scripted contact center environment. You’ll be empowered to advocate for the customer, resolve inquiries, and strengthen brand loyalty by delivering thoughtful, empathetic assistance.
Compensation:
• $23–$25/hour, based on experience
Work Schedule:
• 37.5-hour workweek
• Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM CT
• Friday: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM CT
• Onsite training required for 5–7 weeks
• Hybrid schedule begins after training (3 days onsite, 2 days remote — typically Friday and one other day)
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Relations Specialist:
• Respond to inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
• Resolve concerns related to vehicles, warranties, and service in a low-effort, customer-focused manner
• Manage active caseloads and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
• Exercise independent judgment on goodwill decisions and problem-solving
• Learn and apply company policies, product knowledge, and internal procedures
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, team members, and retail partners
• Actively participate in training and process improvement initiatives
• Embody the company’s customer-first values and service promise
Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Relations Specialist:
• 2+ years of customer service experience with a bachelor’s degree OR 6+ years of relevant experience with a high school diploma
• Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
• Confident decision-making and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, follow procedures, and remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule and flexible to department coverage needs
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
