Experienced installers have the ability to make up to $110,000 yearly.

Looking for an energetic, hard-working individual to join our insulation team.

This great opportunity offers $19.00 per hour without experience, with regular increases during training.

You will start at an hourly wage, then as you progress you will become footage and be paid based on how much material you install. Increased efficiency means higher pay. WE PAY OVERTIME

What you can expect:

Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all products, tools and equipment for the day
Erect scaffolding or ladders to the height needed
Cut insulation materials to size and install insulation materials by stapling, gluing, wiring, nailing or operating equipment that injects loose-fill or foamed insulation
May be required to drive a company vehicle and follow all driving safety rules and DOT requirements at all times

To Be Successful:

Able to climb up and down a ladder, scaffolding and work within the framing of the building
Must be able to lift a minimum of 100lbs
Able to work in tight and confined places, example attics and crawlspaces
Ability to work in a fast -paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $35.00 per hour
