Job Description

We are searching for a BSA and AML Analyst to provide transaction monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of banking rules and regulations.
• Perform duties related to BSA/AML/OFAC compliance, including quality control reviews and monitoring.
• Assist with BSA/AML transaction monitoring using automated solutions.
• Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence reviews on high-risk customers.
• Potentially assist in filing Currency Transaction Reports with FinCEN.
• Assist with self-testing, audits, and regulatory exams; prepare necessary documentation and coordinate responses.
• Support other departments and stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and BSA/AML policies.
• Support third-party audits and regulatory exams, and track and correct deficiencies.
• Review policies, procedures, and risk assessments annually.
• Ensure compliance with reporting and record-keeping requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of bank administration, lending, operations, and related regulations.
• Experience with BSA regulatory exams and audits.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Advanced computer proficiency.
• Ability to solve complex problems and handle various physical demands.
