If you have prior Auto Sales experience, that's awesome and we'll offer you tools and support to make you even better! We have a Pay Plan based entirely on volume, not Gross Profit. Really! It's simple with no surprises and will allow a talented Salesperson to easily make $100,000 and more. And the best part - we won't change your Pay Plan when you start to make the big income you've earned. Key word - earned.

Job Responsibilities
· Come in early/on time, be super happy, motivated and be dedicated to making more money that you ever have
· Understand/connect with and show our customers what makes you and our dealership special
· You will be guaranteed a minimum of $1000/wk. even during training! Really
· You will be asked to work a 5-day work week with only 3 nights until 8:00p - we close at 6:00p on Friday's and Saturday's so those nights are always yours. And closed on Sunday!!!
