About The Role

The Associate Producer supports the development and execution of podcast and media content by assisting with scheduling, production prep, remote recording facilitation, and asset management. This position ensures project elements are organized and ready for each stage of production, working closely with producers, hosts, and editors to maintain quality and timeline standards.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and schedule recording sessions with internal and external participants.
• Prepare episode materials including outlines, research notes, and show documentation.
• Facilitate and monitor virtual recordings using Squadcast or similar platforms.
• Maintain and update production calendars and project management systems.
• Support file organization and ensure all assets are properly delivered to post-production.
• Assist in reviewing draft content for quality, accuracy, and production notes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in media, podcasting, or content coordination preferred.
• Proficiency with common remote recording platforms (e.g., Squadcast, Zoom).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Basic familiarity with audio production workflows and file formats.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

18 - 25 USD per hour(United States)
