Nous recherchons des alternants motivés pour rejoindre notre département Sales ! L'equipe de Trade Marketing est l'expert de nos catégories (Biscuit, Chocolat, Fromage) et construit nos stratégies catégorielles pour développer les ventes chez nos différents clients GMS. Il s'agit d'une fonction en interaction quotidienne avec les équipes Marketing et les équipes Enseignes (celles en charge de nos clients comme Auchan, Leclerc, Système U...). Sur l'une des catégories (Biscuit, Chocolat, Fromage), vous serez en charge des missions suivantes... + Préparation des plans annuels catégoriels : bilan annuel (marché, intervenants et leviers), construction de l'histoire catégorielle sur nos innovations et nos plans d'activation de notre core business. + Participation au lancement et suivi des performances des innovations & rénovations commerciales. + Gestion des plans d'activation in store (lancement des innovations et soutien des piliers, Temps Forts promotionnels, argumentaires et outils pour la Force de vente..). + Préparation des présentations et argumentaires à destination de la force de vente et de la Direction des Clients Nationaux et développement d'outils d'aide à la vente. + Analyse Nielsen de la performance et veille concurrentielle / Analyse de l'efficacité des moyens. + Aide à la préparation d'évènements internes. Vous pourriez être la personne idéale que nous recherchons si...  + Vous êtes en formation bac+4/5 de type école de commerce, école d'ingénieur ou université + Votre rythme d'alternance se constitue idéalement de 3 semaines en entreprise/1 semaine à l'école + Vous avez effectué un premier stage, idéalement dans la grande consommation  + Vos capacités d'analyse et vos synthèses sont vos points forts + Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats, fiable, vous aimez les chiffres et travailler en équipe + Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre autonomie et votre proactivité + Vous maîtrisez Excel et Power Point, et la connaissance des panels serait un vrai plus + Vous maîtrisez l'anglais et le français Ce que nous avons à vous offrir...
