Shipping and Receiving Lead
2nd Shift
Monday - Thursday work schedule
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping/Receiving Lead for the 2nd Shift. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, accurate, and timely processing of incoming and outgoing products while maintaining inventory integrity and team productivity. Will manage the department, people and processes as well as make process improvement suggestions.
Qualifications include at least 2 years in a Shipping/Receiving role, with at least 1 year in a lead role, ability to manage employees, strong knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes and proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are also required.
